Abandoned Cart Emails are automated email reminders sent to customers who added items to their cart but did not complete the purchase. They help increase sales because 75% of buyers intend to return. The standard practice is to send 2-3 reminders. The first email is sent immediately after the cart is abandoned; if sent within 20 minutes, conversion rate can be as high as 5.2%.
