Sixads is an ambitious startup funded by business angels from Netflix, Google, Vinted, Tesonet and OCC VC fund. We’re building a paid traffic acquisition & optimisation platform that is trusted by over 60k small eCommerce businesses, mainly on Shopify. Over 70% of our business comes from the USA, an exciting market to work with, huh?
Currently there are 8 experienced people working in-house and a network of freelancers contributing every day towards our business growth. We are looking for a talented Copywriter who’s experienced in creating content (native English level) and knows how content and SEO can go together.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, create, and take ownership of written content for our website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and any other channels.
- Work closely with our Head of SEO on link building and collaborate with other digital marketing specialists.
- Make sure all of our content is unique, easy to read, has no grammar or style mistakes, and, most importantly, is useful for our target audience and drives conversions.
- Work with a SEO-based content plan.
- Work with freelancers (revise copywriters’ texts, suggest ideas to a graphic designer).
- Report to Head Of Marketing on quarterly and monthly basis.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- Native English language proficiency.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, especially content marketing and SEO.
- Great time management skills and a sense of ownership.
- Zero tolerance for grammar or style mistakes.
- Ability to make complex ideas accessible.
- Interest in ecommerce (experience would be a big plus).
- Capacity to accept and give feedback.
